Gratefully finals are all over. I didn't figure they would be too bad this year even though this was the first semester since generals that I had to take a final where it was worth more than half of my total grade. This didn't bother me too much since it was multiple choice and those aren't too bad to study for. The nervousness kicked in when I opened to the test to discover it was not M.C. but instead a fill-in-the blank. Good thing I didn't have to deal with a crummy testing center and the professor was there. The class came together to protest this change in the test and we collectively won and the test became open book. Woot.
So this holiday season I am unfortunately not going home mostly because of work but the lack of money assisted in the cause. Though that lack of money also means that my stay here in Utah won't include and snow sports up at a resort. So i'm doing a lot of reading this break sticking mostly to the classic russian novels. Though i should look up some good books in Spanish and brush up on my more academic spanish rather that just the conversational spanish that the mediation volunteering helped with this past semester. So if any of you followers have ideas for fun be sure to share in the comments below. And a merry christmas to you all
Also because of its uber awesomeness. (I can't find the umlaut)
